Enkei RPF1's. Get them in silver or even better... BLACK! Look great on a white sedan, IMO. Plus, at 18 lbs each, you'd drop some serious unsprung weight.

I remember when you did that, MACS. But if things go in the lightweight direction, it won't be the RPF1. I just can't get into the looks on that rim. Sorry.

When you were looking for lightweight wheels, did you research fitment on the 18" TSW Interlagos?

And with good reason... a rotary-forged barrel on a pressure cast aluminum rim (just like TSW) makes for a strong(ish) and lightweight(ish) wheel. That, and this F14 model (shown here) has some really good design appeal.

I've been looking at these for a while in the exact same finish...

Nah, I was digging the Enkei's and I figured since they make our stockies, they gotta fit right!

Lots of nice looking lightweight wheels out there. Remember... I went with Vossen first and the extra weight is a wicked downer, IMO. Of course I went with 20's.

I'm not going to lie... The more I eyeball all these options, the more these F14's are growing on me. In 18", too. 8.5" wide for the front, so I can reuse last year's PSS from the rear, and 10" deep concave in the rear.

The 18"x8.5 rim is only 17.6 pounds. Hmm. Thinking.

Here's a BWM Sedan (white like mine) with silver F14's, deep concave in the rears. Not too shabby.

Hey Rochester,

Check out these wheels. When I first started looking these were a consideration. Even when I chose my wheels they were still on my mind. I couldn't decide on mesh or spoke style. In the end I chose the SC-6.

This here is a pretty depressing read about the Forgestar F14:

http://my350z.com/forum/wheels-and-t...14-beware.html

The more I research Forgestar quality, the more I'm backing away. There are lots of horror stories out there about the F14. Lots and lots. Not so about Enkie... Solid quality brand.

As for Vosson, there are some complaints about cracks, but at the same time there's an overwhelming positive testimonial throughout for Vosson customer service.

As much as I like designs of wheels like the forgestar F14 and most VMR wheels, I think the "look" they establish is best for euro cars. There's a reason these wheels are most popular in the BMW/MB/Audi crowd, and it's because many of the designs are inspired by Euro OEM (RS4, M3 CSL). IMO these wheels just don't complement the G37 sedan, although they are very nice

I think your best bet is to look for a simple spoke design that is reminiscent of an OEM look, but gives the G37 sedan the sportier look it deserves (no easy task)

Test has been completed with our 19x8.5 Vossen CVT and all cleared perfectly. We will supply an OEM TPMS adapter that will be needed with our 19x8.5 +32 offset CV1/3/T! This is only necessary with the sport model BBK on front not rear.

I thought Rochester was upset that the CVT 19" wheels weigh a lot.

It certainly does give me the answers I was hoping for. When the inheritance funds start trickling in, I'll be making final arrangements on purchasing the rims from N4S. They seem to be the go-to retailer that Diego is referencing here.

So what tire sizes are we talking about on the new 19's? Anyone?

OEM

Front - 18" x 7.5", 225/50-18
Rears - 18" x 8.5", 245/45-18

VOSSENS

Front - 19" x 8.5", ???/??-19
Rears - 19" x 10.0", ???/??-19
