G37 Rim Advice

Hey guys, long time lurker here with my first post! I have a G37x coupe and plan to put rims (CV1s) on my car, but I have a few questions.

I plan to lower my car on Eibach Springs.

I'm considering 19 or 20 inch wheels.

What is a good offset for my car (Id like to have the wheels flush)?

Do I need a camber kit?

What's the purpose of spacers?

What tire dimensions should I use?

Thanks in advance, sorry for being a noob!

Have you searched through the official vossen wheel thread? most likely everything you need to know is in it. I also recommend PM'ing Diego as he will tell you exactly what you need to know. Lastly, the eiabach's don't require a camber kit but you will be close to running too much negative camber. Your tires will wear a bit faster is all. If you do a square set-up you may be able to rotate the tires to help prolong the life of them. Spacers should not be necessary if you get the proper wheel and tire set-up. Diego will point you in the right direction for sure.

Haha Ill probably look into a camber kit just to be safe. If I were to get coilovers, would they need a camber kit just as much? If not then I might just go for those instead of springs and camber.

Also, thanks for the information! Ill definitely PM Diego and go through the thread!

coils are going to need a camber kit more so than just springs. Typically people on coils drop lower than springs which would require a kit for sure.
