I'd recommend something like a 265/40/19 or a 275/40/19

I usually go to the tire shop and ask them for good fits.

I suck at wheel/tire sizing so sorry. just wanted to let you know just in case.

I'd go w/ a +45 offset and even then the fronts will be right at the fender edge, especially if you don't lower it. You'd be better of for a square setup w/ 19x9s all around w/ a +40 offset IMO.
As far as tire sizes it all depends what you end up with, but those wheels you listed will require a stretched fit to clear the fenders on impact, something like a 245/40/19, and stretched setups really aren't a good way to go for decent tread wear and getting the most from your tires, but it's all about what look you're after.

If you're slammed on bags w/ excess camber and stretched tires they should tuck in, I probably wouldn't go wider than a 245/40/19 though.
