Think I will rub?

I just bought tein s tech lowering springs which I will be putting on next week. However I thought about going to a bigger tire size. You guys think after the springs settle that 275/35/19 on the rear and 245 in the front will rub on stock 19's?

No, you'll be OK. Be sure to get a camber kit w/ those sprins though.

You shouldn't rub, but it also depends on the tire you're running.
