The rear camber is not compromised, your toe was. You also shouldn't have been driving with a bald tire. Looks like it was down to the cords and de-laminated. A cheap bald tire will fall apart if not replaced, what did you expect?

Worst thing is, I was losing traction even when changing lanes at speed, and In thought it was lack of air in the tires...

Next spring, I am DEFINITELY investing in a camber kit!!

I can't see the image at the moment.
How much lower and how much rear camber are you talking about?
I'm lowered about 1.2" at the rear. With no camber kit, I have -1.8 camber and 0.11 toe on each side. I have never had any issue with lane changes in wet or dry road conditions.

Edit:
I guess I don't need to see the picture if this explains the reason...

Sorry for the problem with the picture. Honestly, I had no idea my tire was bald!

It's basically my own stupidity for not getting the wheels aligned after lowering.

It was a cheap tire, but Falkens, so I guess they were cheap, relative to other brands.

Anyway, OEMs are on right now, until it gets colder here in the GTA, then the winters come on. Once the spring comes, I'll get everything done right.

Lesson learned...

You can usually live w/ camber out of spec as long as your toe is proper, but IMO & IME, it's best to pony up for the kits and have the full adjustment range and w/ accelerated tread wear the kits will pay for themselves over time.

Not sure what you mean as far as angles. What you should do is get your G set to the height you want and get it aligned to factory spec, unless you're tuning the suspension for heavy track duty where excess camber may be helpful.
Hopefully you've got the aftermarket camber kit and rear toe kit for your coilovers.

Those arms can handle quite a bit of negative camber if you're going for the slammed/stretched/cambered setup, if you don't mind changing tires often and compromising your drive-ability I've seen camber way over -3 degrees.
I'd shoot for less than -2 if you can though, and toe must be in spec.
