yet another offset noob

I tried asking this elsewhere and did get one response (thank you very much blnewt!), I just wanted to see what other people would suggest.

09 sedan journey. lowered on eibach pk. 20x9 square setup. 245/35 tires. what offset should I run all around for flush without the rub?

also, couldnt help but click this ...

ok so i saw some people saying 32 offset, others say 35, others say 38, and others say 40. seem to be too many different ones out there for me to know what i should be running. also i dont think any of those people were running a 20x9 on a lowered journey.... help? anyone? pleaseee?

Did a bit more figuring using the G37 Tire calculator, looks like you'll get the same rear flush setup as mine going w/ a +32. Keep in mind that you won't be quite as low as me so your tires will be out a couple mm but will tuck into the fender wells when compressed. If you go w/ +32 in the front you'll get inside the fender but the lack of a true roll on the under fender lip may cause rubbing under compression.
Here's a pic of my rear "flushness" and this is at -1.2 degrees camber
