Search for "spunkysandoval" in google which I believe is his username on various car forums. He also has a youtube video titled "Fender Rolling 101". This guy has rolled thousands of fenders and knows his stuff, not to mention he runs a pretty aggressive wheel setup himself. He charges roughly $50+ per axle and does tab relocations, fender rolling, cutting fender liners, mild fender flaring, etc.
