can your run 20x10.5 with 275s fronts and rears ?

sorry guys i don’t post too much but I am looking into some new rims and tires in the near future,

yes i know there is Google also but never found anyone with pics and experience with this set up,

and many might say why don’t you run staggered set up, well i might do that also =>

i like the idea that i can rotate front tires and back tires when i need to ,

so does anyone know if you can run 10.5s all the way around with 275s without any rubbing issues? i know the rears are not a issue

I am also not a big fan of having the rims stick out and running skinny tires i like to get as much tire on the rim as I can without modifications

thanks for your help and info

Thats a question for some of the guys running 10.5s already, I think most of them are running +25 w/265s though not 275s. Check the Vossen thread.

Its been done! My friend did roll his front fenders and dropped it 26 1/2 all around on KWV3s, also used stock camber arms F&R with Falken 275/30s all around with NO issues rubbing at all.

Offsets were +25 with CV2 10.5s all around!

BTW he is actually selling the Black Machined CV2s with Falken tires if you're interested.

20x10.5 F&R
+25 F&R
Falken 275/30/20 F&R

You will have to do a few things to make this work with no rubbing issues.

1. Roll front fenders
2. Trim rear bumper bracket
3. Don't invest in camber kits if you planning this.

thanks Diego

from my understanding i can run 10.5 with 275s in the rear with no issues ? or are you referring to those because for the 25mm offsets ?

i have rolled fenders before i would prefer not to if i had the choice, but it can easily be done on the front.

or run staggered tires with 265s in the front and 275s in rear, and just not rotate in the future

the vossen cv3s are on my list, stance sc5s and vertini drifts are all on my list of wheels

the car will be lowered with tein springs

If you do not want to roll fenders go 265/30/20s. Thts the way to go and going this route you can invest now in a rear spc camber kit and not run so much negative camber. With this set-up I was at -1.4 and -1.7 camber w the exact specs I'm telling you about with 265s.

For the rears if you're going 265 or 275 you gotta trim rear bumper bracket.

Hummm.... you can roll our fenders from 2007+ If you look at it its already welded. What you would have to do is pull them out. I did that to my car and it's not cheap.

I paid under $100 to roll my fronts and was left perfect. NO wrinkles or pinched fenders which i was very afraid of. Having to pull fenders is not neccessary with this set-up! Pulling fenders now that would scare me lol.

If you wanted to run a 275-285 rear with 265 fronts, would a camber kit still be worthwhile to purchase?
