I was wondering what is a comparable tire to the Bridgestone tires. I need to get new rear tires and I have the Bridgestone Potenza RE 050a (245 40 19) on them right now. I bought my car used last May, so I don't know when the tires were purchased and generally how many miles I can get on a set.

The Bridgestone are pretty pricey tires. I have also researched this site and note that you can switch to 275 35 19's as well. Just looking for a couple of recommendations. Thanks!

 

If cold temperatures aren't a concern, I would recommend Michelin Pilot Super Sports. If cold temps are a concern, Michelin Pilot A/S 3's. I've had both and they were great tires. The SS's grip a little better and are lighter. The A/S 3's last longer.

 

i just installed dunlop yesterday. bridgestone tires in dubai are 470$ US each so it is way expensive

 

I second this. The Pilot Super Sports really are supposed to be fantastic.
