Painting stock wheels '10 Sedan AWD

Hey all! Tried finding a thread on this but couldn't.
Has anyone painted their stockies on their G?
I was looking to do like a gunmetal gray or bronze on the stock 2010 wheels for the G37x sedan. Also how would I go about it? Just buy those spray paint for wheels at like the auto zone and paint them that way?
Thanks all in advance!!

There are two common methods, plastidipping and powdercoating. Plastidip will get you tons of flak here on the forums but won't cause damage to the wheels and is removable. Powdercoating is a more permanent option and there is belief that the heating process in powdercoating anneals the aluminum alloy enough to be of concern for wheel failure.
