Your setup is not too aggressive, it's what 85% of this forum is running.

Just shave the bracket, if your running with "max" camber, then the only thing you could really be rubbing on is the bracket. Your body shop should have been able to tell you that.

 

I dont think many people on this forum are running a +27 or +25 with a 275 30 hankook. Most people will try and run a stretched tire like a 255-30 or 265-30. Or they will try and use the Falken tire which has a stretch to it to begin with, or toyo. Hankook has diff sidewall, dont know many people besides kidcane and a couple others running a set up in between +20 - +27 wit a tire other than toyo and falken. But you are right the offset is not very aggressive but the tire and offset combo is somewhat. Your right about bracket 2.

 

its aggressive for me... might need to run offsets in the mid 30's

 

ALRIGHT NOW BOYS.....Here is my set up:

20x9 ET +20 (245/35 Dunlop Sport Maxx)
20x10.5 +27 (275/30 Dunlop Sport Maxx)

Shaved fender liner 2" and shaved bumper bracket up to the bolt, running a -1.4 camber in rear and only rub on large bumps, but will be going to -1.8 soon.

 

dude, youre good... have you shaved off the rear bumper bracket???? that might be your solution to your rubbing on the rear...

 

Put your front wheels in the back, sell your current fronts and buy a sensible pair of fronts that actually fit.

Are you having any problem with the fronts rubbing? or just the backs givin you problems? That problem in the back should be just the bumper bracket. thats an easy fix.

 

shave the entire rear bumper bracket and just pop rivet it or if you dont want to drill and pop rivet do 3M double sided tape. Your rubbing issues in the rear will be completely gone

 

Isn't 20*10 abit aggressive for the front? Wllngtn or something ran that set up 0.o why not ask him for advice.

 

you need to relocate your rear bolt, +27 on a 10.5 is aggressive with 275's.

Not sure if your problem is front or rear, but im running a 9.5 + 25 up front which is 4mm more aggressive in the front with 245s and no sign or rubbing along with the 11 +38 such is 5mmthe less aggressive but running 285s, again with 0 rub. Shave the rear bumper bracket and trim some of the fender liner and your problem will be solved. This isn't a big deal. 30 min fix.

 

relocate rear bolt?

ill be installing the kw's soon and be shaving the rear brackets... will be a while but i really don't want to mess with the camber... mid 30 offsets should allow this?
