My G is the Platinum Metallic, in which the touch up paint is literally an exact match. I've curbed my rims a couple of times, touched it up and it looks pretty damn good and goes almost completely unnoticed. But I'm going to have to get my rims powder coated at some point though.

 

Its been raining here in the 808 state for the last few days. I'll try & take a pic of the rims tomorrow

 

 

can u tell the diff? The ipl color they say is harder to match.

 

What year wheels do you have? I tried this color on my 09 S wheels and it's a decent match, but not close enough for taste. It does look better than remnants of curb though!

 

 

My wheels are the 2012 sport version on G37 coupe. I found a color that I had in my vast collection of paints for my cars. The color that is almost a perfect match is Dupli-Color BGM0478 Medium Marblehead Metallic. It is a GM color but has the right amount of darkness and metallic.
