Will this fit?!

i have an 09 sedan journey. want to get wheels but not to knowledgeable with specs.

Specs are: 20x9.0 +16 O-disk and 20x10.5 +19 O-disk; 5x114.3.

would that fit?
and im assuming that O-disk is has something to do with brakes. how do i know what mines are?

No....if you are at stock height....both front and rear wheels will stick out wayyy past the fenders. Even with a mild drop, like from Eibach...the fronts would fit with some - camber, but the rears would need some tires with a good stretch and run a good amount of - camber. With an more aggressive drop, say from a set of coilovers....you could fit the rears with a good stretch, from maybe a 255, 265 rear tire. and good amount of - camber. Simple answer you your question, No...these wheels will not be a plug and plug set and are pretty aggressive for sedans.

I think offsets in the 35-40 range are about stock.

If budget isn't a concern coilovers are the clear winner since they're adjustable and some have different control (firmness) settings. They also won't overwork the shock like lowering springs do w/ stock strut/shocks.
You can get a decent ride w/ lowering springs but coilovers are definitely a step up.
