Not ****ing happy!!!

Ok, Just got my car yesterday....

*stoked*

just got my Work Varianza's a week ago

*awesome*

got incorrect fitment advice from RAVSPEC who talked me out of the "big caliper disk" needed to clear the factory brakes.

now im stuck with a set of 20" work varianza's that make a bloody awesome paperweight

Not even close

it was originally
R disk (big caliper) front
O disk (deep dish) rear

I had already placed the order here in Australia but changed it at the last minute to A disk (standard) front thanks to the *incorrect* advice

I wouldnt say RAVSPEC doesnt know what theyre talking about. Theyre one of, if not the largest Work vendors on the east coast. Mistakes do happen.

How much is not even close, what offsets did you get them in?

Did you hit them up, im sure theyll do something to make this right.

^^ I'm in australia, so got them from a local distributor since there would be no point posting from Japan to USA, then on to Australia.....

since this is one of the first G37's in the country we didn't really have anything to go off of hence was hoping for good advice.

20x9.5 +10 STANDARD DISK (A DISK)
20x10.5 +18 DEEP RIM DISK (O DISK)

They would need at least an 10mm-15mm spacer i would say which would bring it to at least 0 offet 9.5 fronts which (although can be done) is a bit too aggressive for my liking

Yeah i might ask him, but since i didn't actually order from him i''m not sure why he would help

they will still sit nice on a non-sport G37, or locally sold non sport 370-350z here so see how it goes selling them i guess....

(has just been an expensive exercise)

sorry to hear about this man, but they are some beautiful wheels. You shouldnt have a hard time selling these if you choose to.

that totally sux. i recommend selling to a G35, 350Z, or 370Z guy.
those guys can go low offsets with out a problem.
or else stretch ur tires and go super aggressive with bags !!

It was already going to by stuffed with those offsets. I dont see any way you can pull off 0 offset after a spacer. Sorry to hear man.

loz:

Please call me, I didn't know anything about this. What was the issue ? Your post didn't provide me with any info.

What was the spec ? I have been selling WORK wheels for 6+ years and always stand by my spec.

It's kind of not fair that you just posted this and without calling or PM me ..
