G37X Coupe WHEEL OFFSET. WTF is it?

I have searches and searched and can't find the offset for a G37X coupe. Does ANYONE know what it is?
Best,
Chris

Did you look in the manual?

If not in the manual, it might be like the wheels on the coupe where the offset is stamped on the back of the wheel.

I guess if you built your wheels, you could have a little staggered setup, the thing is all 4 tires need to be exact same size = no wide tires in back which sucks

If you get 1 piece wheels, no staggered setup

20x9 255/35/20 all around is the size I have. Looks good, but when I go lower they might tuck a bit...

or maybe it's 20x9.5 I should probably know this

its +45 for the X. they use the same offset as the G37x Sedan. if you want to go aftermarket rims and want staggered rims make sure you stay within 3% of what the stock rims are. example you have 225/50/18 all around as stock rims. then you go ahead and buy rims that are 20x9.0 front and 20x10.0 rear the tires that will not mess with the AWD are in the range of 245/35/20 - 275/30/20 the AWD will not be affected because it is within 3 % of the stock rolling diameter.

Gangsta...

It sounds like you might know the answer to the questions I posted in another string, so let me ask: I have a G37X and would like to put the S wheels on it. In order to use the same size all the way around, I would use four of the FRONT S wheels (19 x 8.5). Two questions:

1. Would that affect performance of the AWD?

2. Would it void any part of the warranty?

Thanks in advance.

I THINK it was determined that we could run either all fronts or all rears for the regular g37 coupe on our x coupes but would need to double check. I am pretty sure their is a thread somewhere here on it but could not find it...
best,
chris

Hey man you seem to know about the 3%. I just picked up a g37x the other day and i was wondering what tires i could run for this set up. Or even IF i can run it. Front: 18x9.5 +15 Rear: 18x10.5 +22
The rims were originally going on my 350z but i picked up this G.

You respond to a thread that's been dormant for four years asking a question of a member who hasn't posted in a year-and-a-half.

There are a bazillion (real math term) words written on this subject that can found by simply browsing this subforum. Or, you could make use of the search feature.

I'll give you a freebie: those wheels will work on a coupe but not a sedan unless you run wicked negative camber.
