Yokohama S.drive 245/40/19 & 275/35/19 on stock wheels (Pics)

I just got my new tires - Yokohama S.drive. It is alot quieter than our stock bridgestones. Just got it today, so I'm still trying to experience them in different situations. Basic cornering are amazing...havent had a chance to hard brake them yet. Of course, the feeling is much better with these new tires. Here are some pics:

Thank you for posting this! I am looking for new tires for the stock wheels and have been looking at the s.drives.

Post more review after you get more miles on them. They look pretty awesome! If you can, maybe a pic from the rear to show the width and diff if you have the stockers still.

Thank you again!

Looks good man can u take a rear picture? i want to see how the wide the tires look form the rear.

U guys think 285/35/19 work for the rear? I can upgrade to that size through work costing me next to nothing.

When I get home I'll take the rear pics. I think they look great. I wish I'd have done even bigger, but anything over this was not recommended. I still feel the tires aren't wide enough. So far the tires are up to my expectation. I'm no tire expert so I can't really comment on it's performance. But I feel it definitely way better than stock. Steering response was good I feel.

Sorry to bump an old thread, but please post rear pics if you can.

I agree that based on your pics it looks like you could have gone with 285 width. Has anyone done this on the 9" rear wheel?

Even though it doesn't look like it, 275 width on the 9" rim is nearly perfect.

Does turning the front wheels with a wider tire out front (than stock) feel much different when driving/steering/cornering? Is sidewall stiffer or sloppier or no difference with the upsize? Can someone educate us lay-folk on the advanges of wider for street. Can .8 inches out front make for a better ride?
