will this fit?

Front Size: 20" x 8.5"
Rear Size: 20" x 10.0"
Pattern: 5x114.3
Front Offset: +35
Rear Offset: +40

Front Size: 245/35/20
Rear Size: 275/30/20

need to know if those will fit

Sport or Non Sport? U will have problems fitting the front if it's a sport and to me those offsets are too conservative for the 37 with those widths.

Why wouldn't the front clear the Akebonos? It seems fine to me . . .

But yea, a bit conservative . . .

Doubt that they would. You need to run a low offset to clear the akebonos from what I've seen. I'm running a +25 up front and it's cutting close on clearance and that's on a 9" wide wheel.
