Sam, you rub with 245/40 and NO spacers? I can see you rubbing with 245/40 and 20mm spacers on hard corners. I am running 245/40 in the front with 15mm spacers and have no rubbing at -0.4 camber no matter how hard I corner.
I do have rubbing on 275/35 with 15mm spacers at -0.9 camber in the rear and large dips / bumps. Rubbing is against the lining that I need to trim.

I wouldn't know because the spacers came in before the tire upgrades. But I believe with an eibach drop and crazy cornering you will rub in the front at least
thats because you are running the wrong tire size - like everyone said go to 245/40/19. im running that with 15mm spacers and a eibach drop with NO issues, including some hard mountain road driving.
I am running 245/40/19 on the front stocks- no spacers. I included an offset in the rear with 275s- agaiin no spacers. I am on a Tanabe drop. There is no way it will possibly rub. The eibach drop is a little more agressive but not too much more. I can't envision how it would possibly rub without spacers.
