Maybe its been said before, but have you checked your camber adjustments? Maybe your wheels are over-adjusted for camber, so its rubbing the lining more. I was on h.techs which i'm pretty sure are lower than eibachs, and i don't rub at all.
I have 1.4 driver rear and 1.4 passenger rear camber settings, with like .2 or something toe.

I have Eibachs, iForged, and Yokohamas, like you.
The rubbing is because of the square tire wall of Yokos and your offset, not the springs. What did you tell your vendor about the offset you want? You may have gone too aggressive.
Also, did you get an alignment? That's pretty important too.

youre def rubbing the stupid carpet liner in the wheel well. just get in there with a razor and cut off the part that comes down. takes 2 seconds. if it still rubs after that, try to trim the bumper bracket.
It's gotta be your offset or camber adjustments if you have a 20x10 and 275 S.Drives back there.
I have 20x10.5 and on 285/30 on eibachs. I only rub the lining on big dips or bumps.

Thanks for all the replies. I think I found out the problem, its when I put people in the back seat is when I rub.. or when I hit big dips.. other then that.. with the 2 front seats filled, I don't really rub that much. I might trim the lining part that comes down since I'm almost sure thats where it rubs.
