Possible Staggered Setup?

Hey Guys,
I need the resident experts to weigh in and let me know before I do something wrong! I'm no wizard at offset calculation but here's what I got considering the setup I want to run and the calculator at http://marksink.com/tire_wheel_offset/offset.html:

19x8" Axis Elite with 35mm offset and 245/40/19 tires (2mm extension towards fender with 14mm more clearance from suspension)

20x10 Axis Elite with 50mm offset and 275/30/20 tires (8mm extension towards fender with 18mm less clearance from suspension)

I love the look of staggered wheels but especially the larger diameter rears. Can I do this functionally? Any downsides?

the front would be alright, the rear needs a 15mm to make it sit flush. that would make it +35 all around.

i would go 245/35/19 front; 275/30/20 rear. thats just me though

solo has 20inch front, 21 inch rear. doubt there is anything wrong. you should pm him.

Thanks for the quick replies. But isn't it not as easy as saying shoot for a 35mm offset for front and rear? Doesn't the 10" width of the rear rim need the greater offset?

I mean as it is, the 20x10" with 50mm offset will stick out 8mm more than stock. Is there really room for an additional 15mm?

yes, 35ish offset is what most folks on here got. with +50, i doubt the rear would clear the brakes. my fronts were +50 and it didnt clear the brakes.

Gigga is right believe it or not.....jk. a 10" rear with 50mm offset will be fairly conservative. You can go +35 with a 10.5" rear with little issues so you could go even lower on a 10" wheel.
