Should I order 245/275 or 255/285 tires?

Should I order 245/275 or 255/285 tires?
I ordered some Weds Maverick 709m wheels a few months ago, and they are finally on their way. They took longer than I had hoped, but I actually didn't expect them for another two weeks. I guess I annoyed them at WedsNA headquarters, enough, that they made it happen a bit sooner.
Anyway, to get to the point: I ordered staggered setup - 20x9 +30 and 20x10.5 +35 (according to the vendor, and Weds themselves, this is supposed to be the most flush fitment, without protruding and needing crazy negative camber and/or stretched tires.) When I ordered my wheels, I thought I was going to stay with the Swift springs, or at least longer than I did. I have a 2011 G37S coupe, and it is dropped, fairly conservatively, with Cusco coilovers -- I intend to have the height set at zero gap, or only slightly tucking some tire. As of now, my camber is around d the -1.8 in the rear, and I'll likely keep it close to that.
Will 255/35/20 and 285/30/20 work, or do I need to go with 245/35/20 and 275/30/20? I'm going with Hankook Ventus V12 Evo 2 tires, if that makes any difference. I'm not opposed to doing some slight fender rolling and minor modifications, but I don't plan to, or want to, do major work to make the tires fit.
I need to order tires by Tuesday, so any help and/or suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Jayson

Running those 10.5 +25s on 275s would be similar at the fenders to a 10.5 +30 on 285s. Your 10.5 +35s will give you 5mm more room at the fender running 285s. He's also running the same tire brand/model so that should give you an accurate view.

Front fitment w/ 255s will be fine, the rear will be tight w/ 285s but should be manageable by the look of this coupe

I may just go with 245 & 275 so I'll be able to go a little lower, if I decide to do so down the road. Not like 275 is a small tire, anyway. I like the way it looks on the wheels you linked me to. Thanks again.

Appreciate the reply. You are always very helpful. I would have done a little more research, but it is an extremely busy weekend at work, so I wouldn't have much time to do so, and I wanted to get some advice, as well, before ordering.
