RunFlats on a G37

I may have goofed, but can I run RFT's on the OEM wheels? I had intended to mount a set of 275/35/19 RE050A Potenzas in the rear and move the 245/40's the front of my Journey w/Sport. The rear tires I had in storage came off a buddies 645csi we did wheels and tires for a year ago. I was 90% sure they were the Pole positions, but when I went to the storage warehouse to grab them this a.m. for my appointment to have them installed tomorrow, I discovered they were the RunFlats, not the regular flavor RE050A's. Dang!!

Question#1: How bad will the ride be if I go RFT all the way. (I sort of like the idea since I am doing a stereo that will require the removal of the spare tire. Also is this even possible?

Question#2: If I go ahead and keep my appointment tomorrow and do the switch, and order a set of 245/40/19 Potenzas, but RFT to match the rear, can I get away with the Pole positions on the front and the RFT's on the rear for a few days, until the RFT's for the front arrive?

I have read on a few BMW forums that the ride quality suffers big time with RFT and a sport suspension. Are our cars tuned as harsh as the BMW sport, and how noticible will it be.... I am wondering, instead of ordering a set of 245/40/19 RFT for the front, I shouldn't order a set of regular 275's instead. However with my stereo upgrade, as stated before the RFT's do appeal.

Thanks for feedback.
