RAVSPEC ignoring emails?

RAVSPEC ignoring emails?
Hello everyone,
the past 3 months i placed orders from many vendors (Autokits-X, GTM, ImportPartsPro, RayCARSMO and last RAVSPEC. out of all of them, RAVSPEC (Mark) is at the bottom, in other words i'll think twice before ordering from them again. two things i value when i deal with vendors:-
1) how fast i get a reply (give them 2-3 business days)
2) if they carry out the actually shipping date they tell you.
i placed an order for WORK GS4 in August 27th and put a down payment of $1000. the wheels take 8-14 weeks to arrive, and even though i asked for Weiboy718 wheels specifications i got a different offsets when i received the invoice. a bit aggressive for me but i let it go.
2 weeks ago i gave my car to a garage to install the things i ordered and i sent mark an email (on the 4th) to get an update on the wheels and see if they arrived so i can install them along with the rest of the parts.......no reply!
Last week (on the 11th) i sent another email and i finally got a reply saying "Yup, I have your wheels arriving here Friday of this week. We should be able to get them ship by next week."
i sent him the remaining balance on the same day via Papypal ($2276). I sent him an email (on the 14th) asking if he can deliver them on the same day since he said he is located 10 min away from my shipping address and he can drop them off personally even to save shipping cost........no reply!
This week (on the 21th) i sent another email asking if he got the wheels and why is there a delay on the shipping..........no reply until this moment!
did anyone have this issue with RAVSPEC before? What can be done from my side in order to solve this!? How hard is it to reply to an email? and what kills me is they have the time to log in to myg37.com (i can see RAVSPEC was online today!)

Have you called or even sent Mark a fb message? Worked with him several times myself and never had this problem. Although many times when jdm parts are expected to arrive they don't because they get held up in customs or some other delay.
I suggest picking up the phone and not relying on email.

Hi Ali:
Sorry I did missed your email and have already make a replied to you. I believe I emailed you on Nov 11 that your wheels has arrived and we should be making delivery of your wheels the following Friday. Which is today. I already received your wheels, but I wasn't able to make a trip out to your warehouse. So I will have to delay a few days from the original date.
However, the slight delay still put us within the promise delivery date of 8 to 14 weeks (since 8/28/2013).
It is a busy month for us as we missed 2 weeks from attending the SEMA show. I am here to apologize for any inconvenience this might have cause.
Here are some quick shot of your wheels.

Nice wheels. +23 rears? What tyre size you going to run?

Yes you will need - 2+ camber in the rear for sure and trim the bumper bracket off almost completely. Then too you may rub depending on your drop.
