Speechless. I cannot beleive what I am seeing. How can an idiot like me who has ZERO mechanical experience besides minor stuff on my own cars install a TT kit on a VQ35 without issue, have it run for 40k miles and they can't even get the simple stuff right! This is borderline "fraud". Almost looks intentional (especially the turbo).

perhaps you forgot the rape $$ and threats, nto cause by you, but by the actual "fake victim here too".
Having said that... i think its normal and understandble for shops to tryt o keep things quiet and get them resolved privatly 1st. However when the fail continues and no resolution is reached and specially if everybody already knows about it, it makes no sense in trying to hide it, at that point it hurts more than it helps by trying to keep it under wraps.

Damn! I will wait for Sharif's response as well.

If he does file suit, I hope you have a good trial attorney to counter-sue.

Man that sucks. Although I applaud your well written and well documented post.

And I also would have done the same exact thing and sent it to GTM. Its one thing to miss a thing or two here, but the amount of screwups and ordering stage I and trying to pass it onto the consumer as stage II and charging them for stage I is theft. After someone butchered your car and put on the wrong turbos after GTM even told them they were stage I turbos, theres no way I would have sent my car back there for them to fix it.

Pay once, cry once. Get it done right the first time.

Seriously, WTF! I am sure that is enough too make you think twice about who you get to work on your car. Good luck in court, I think the judge will see that this kind of work deserves a guilty verdict. Maybe the guy that was fired got hired back again?

If Sharif was smart, he wouldn't say a word... Considering there are supposedly pending law suits....
