I took it in to the dealership and they replaced the battery free of charge. There is a TSB for this for continuous power leakage from the vent control valve. They will replace the vent control valve and battery under warranty. OP, you might want to check if your vin# falls within the range for the TSB.

It sucks to have these little nits to have to deal with when you spend good money for an Infiniti and consumer reports rates it top notch for like 3 years in a row... I never had these issues with my 2001 Accord...and with 200,000km I was still on my original battery... but I still love my G37...
