Instrument Cluster Has Gone Haywire.. Please Help

Gooday, I have a 2008 G37 coupe Journey, no aftetmarket parts. My dash, entire cluster, has appeared to have burnt out, however, there is some sort of background light that rapidly comes on and off, very dim. It also makes a ticking noise as it blinks. This dim illuminating light continues to flicker when the car is off. My mileage, allthough cannot be seen due to this problem, is most definately over warranty. (Est. Around 65,000. )

Hmmm, interesting and unfortunate situation. I'd take it in to the dealer regardless of the warranty being up and find out if they can figure out what has happened.
