New M Owner

Hi everyone! been on this site for a while with various G's, just recently traded in my G37xS Anniversary Edition (missing the Red Seats) but Infiniti made me an offer on a M37xS that I couldn't resist! Malbec Black on Black with the Aero Kit.

Question for everyone, what upgrades have you done so far???

Congratulations for the gorgeous car . It would be interesting if you share in future how it feels compared to the G
I'm also new here. But I'm first time Infiniti owner . Sometimes I duel about my choice and think: " what about if i took the G"

Very beautiful. We don't see enough of these. Love the aero kit on the M.

Thanx everyone!
I have to say after driving it for about a week, it is everything my G was and THEN some! it is so comfortable inside, the ride is much smoother...and the dial pad for ECO, standard and sport, is a nice touch. The sound of it when it is in Sport along with the responsiveness makes it feel more aggressive than my G. I went back and forth for about a Day on my decision but I can tell you it was the right one. I was looking at Audi and Mercedes, but having driven G's since 2003 I have an affinity towards them and this is a great step up from a G. so IMHO, we both made the right call

I HATE the ECO button, feels like the car is fighting me.

Wait until you take it on a trip .... you will feel like you can drive forever in this car, no fatigue whats-so-ever.

It is a nice car . Fast . Luxury . But here are the negatives I found on mine :

Mine feels a little not rigid enough on bumps-I can feel the chassis twitching - even the plastic applications inside are squeaking . I wish I could reinforce the body somehow .
The road noise inside is unacceptable high . I want to check if my noise reducing system is working - must figure out how to test it . On mine the seat belt motors are making weird noise when disconnected to exit the car . The seats are too large and not giving a sporty feeling . I have the stone interior - I do not like the leather . It doesn't give the luxury feeling of a thick genuine leather .Leather looks "chinese" to me . The rubberized paint on the steering wheel is peeling . The exhaust note is not impressive at all (and I've got the M56...) .I love the exhaust sound on the FX35/37 .

Other than that I like the car because It is rare and i don't attract a lot of attention when park in front of the office .

I actually like it because I have such a heavy foot, it has been keeping me from stomping on it and is saving me some gas

Is there another M Forum ??

Nothing against MyG37.com, but is there another M forum for M owners? Now that i have gravitated to the new 2013 M from the 2010 G, I see this forum is really "geared" to the G.
