So I received a gift certificate in the mail box for a free oil and filter change at Cerritos Infiniti. It expires some time in the end of July. The thing is, I just went there last month and got an oil change with an e-mail certificate they sent out in May (which expires the end of this month BTW).

So could I go there again with this new certificate?? Or would I get turned down since I redeemed a similar offer earlier? (I'm thinking the latter, but who knows...)

I don't see why they would turn you down as long as the new certificate is valid.
