ECU Update

Had my G in for service last week and they performed an ECU update that was supposed to give better throttle response among other things, and boy what a difference. Throttle response is much better, no more delay before power and seems mapped for higher response at lower input so car feels quicker.

That was the TCU update you received.

Removes the lag at low speeds.

IS this recent? I had my car in for service just over 2 weeks ago and this wasn't done.

I assume you all have automatics? I noticed that slight lag when doing my test drives which included the 2012 model. It was the reason I searched and searched and finally found a 6 speed manual.
