Andy Hu of HPAutoworks has scammed me for $2,000. They have scammed several others on this forum and probably countless others. They have an F RATING with the Better Business Bureau. And still they are a forum vendor. The forum moderators and owners are fully aware of what is going on yet you allow other forum members to engage in business with them. What kind of community is this?

There has been enough complaining in other threads. [We] (the staff, Moderators and Admins) do NOT oversee or deal with Sponsor/Vendor matters. I can assure you these and others' concerns have been forwarded to the owners (Internet Brands) of this forum. If you feel the need to contact them directly, you may do so in a PM to an IB Admin or by using the 'Contact Us' link.

Furthermore, for some of you, this forum is the only means of communication to HP, it wouldn't make a lot of sense to ban them thus inhibiting their ability to reply to your PMs or thread posts. Personally I would move forward with filing a small claims suit that might get his attention.

 

The information that you passed along to me has been put together with along other information provided by members who have had negative experiences with this same vendor. It has been passed along to this site's administration and we are awaiting their reply or action. If your resolution with the vendor was unsatisfactory, please feel free to leave a negative rating on iTrader, that's what it's for - to let others know of your problems or good experiences.

It's sad to see that some of you have nothing more to look forward to in a day than someone else's misfortune. I purposely left this thread open to answer or respond to any concerns fellow members have about this situation and some of you just want to Subscribe to the "show" (and worse ANNOUNCE IT for everyone to see). I was kind of under the impression no one on here would actually be stupid enough to do business with HP after all these kinds of threads but I can see there are still some morons around here afterall.
