Who's going to be first with pics and install for the 4-point brace? Probably not me, because winter.

I have a question about the powdercoat, I was talking to someone who bought one early on and through normal driving, the powdercoat started to flake off and his brace started to rust. Will it happen with this batch? I already bought mine, and was planning to add a few coats of clear after hearing about it.

Some of our earlier batches have had some problems with coating and we've since changed suppliers and have had no issues under normal use. It's still only powdercoat and not a bullet proof coating so I'm sure there's some way to damage any coating that would be applied.

That's probably a question Arthur would have to chime in on.

Yes Z1 requests to have their own colour (cosmic grey). Our clear powder coat over raw is exactly how it sounds.

Pick this up while you can...feel like this is going to be a staple in a lot of people's builds once this brace gets popular. 26 degrees this morning and the car did nothing but hook and pull on a cold road and with winter tires. I also performed a couple aggressive pulls while making hard turns and there was no issue with traction; even with the TC turned on. Awesome product that can be installed in under 30 minutes.

I wonder many how many took advantage of this buy? It seems to be quite a few more than the initial buy list.

Since there's a decent Review thread going on, I'm going to close the thread now. To continue the conversation with your pictures, comments and reviews, everybody go here please:

https://www.myg37.com/forums/drivetr...ial-brace.html

With nearly 20 people coming into this mod from myG37.com, I'm expecting a number of members will share their experiences up and down this modification. From the purchase through the Bell Raceworks website, the turn-around and packaging, the first impressions on the part itself and the powder-coating. But most importantly, the driving impressions. Personally, I think this brace has the potential to be the best bang-4-buck mod to the car. That's a pretty high bar (no pun), sight unseen, but 4DRZ gave a very encouraging review.

Arthur, you've been great to work with. Thank you for suggesting this Group Buy.
