My grille was my first plastidip work ever. 2 coats and turned out perfect. Zero chipping or peeling so far.

You can just spray a clearcoat right on it afterwards right? Or is painting it required first?

Don't spray clearcoat directly on it or you'll mess it up. You need paint in between to have it look right.

It is. But with the brightness and the reflections coming off the car it makes it look darker than it is.

I did not do enough layers on the shifter and that peeled within a couple days (hot summer days I should add) So it's pending a redo.

I really like the look of the side of your car Cereal....that plasti dip definitely adds a nice touch! I'm lookin forward to seeing it in person next year
