Its actually vinyl, but has feeling like a cloth. You could do the dash without taking it apart, but for a cleaner look i would suggest taking it apart imo.

ehh its just some universal ebay fake suede with red stitching POS. I gotta get my stock one sent out so we have some options.
To get the stock **** off was a PITA, i basically grabbed that **** with a vice grip and twisted it off. The bottom of the oem **** is all chewed up now.
