x2. They put a crap load of loctite in the threading. My stock **** was trashed after I was done getting it off.

 

Holy crap! Mine didnt get THAT destroyed. haha I bet if you wrap it with masking tape, like 5 layers, it wouldnt get messed up.

Well heres some pics i just took, **** is hard to see cause of the sun reflecting off it. But its a diff one from whats pictured above. And like i said, the boot is a POS i hate it, but its better than nothing.

 

Stoof, I wish you let me do the job on that center console, because yours look like **** compared to what I did for moe last week

Yeah i know, i have to mount the switch controller in the ashtray hole somehow and rewrap the whole thing, so i guess i should just redo the radio face too.
