can chop up an ip and black out the heads/tails and grill?

rims are optional but id like to see how it looks with stock rims too.

i found the perfect pic.. can we do full tint adn the something like bats gtr cut outs with reverse cut outs.. and please try to match the 3/10 and 6/10 if its not to much lol.
