On the receipt it said Expresso oil service....I assume that means regular oil?

Also becos of the coupon, it said "Does not qualify for the 99ZL1" which i have no idea what that means. If we have tech ppl work in dealer, plz tell us.

I just got my oil service, 3rd and final free one, and checked my invoice and it would have been $65 for conventional oil. I'm at 11k miles

Dealer: Nielo Infiniti in Concord

I always get my oil changes done at Niello Infiniti in Concord. I know their oil changes cost about $60, but I always bring in a competitors coupon and they always match it. The coupon I use is from Infiniti of Modesto, the coupon is $29.95 for an oil change!

They told me $29.95 doesn't even cover the cost of the oil and filter, but who cares they have to honor their policy about excepting competitor coupons.

Use of correct oil in G37 engines

Infiniti recomends Nissan Ester Engine oil for2008 - 2009 G37 or FX50 (Service Bulletin ITB08-039). This is a very high quality oil with a higher cost than conventional engine oil.

Be sure you are getting the correct oil. Important to note that Synthetic is not the same as Ester. The earlier post about a coupon for $29.95 is for convensional oil, not Ester. The avearage Ester oil/filter cost in the Bay Area is over $100. If you are paying less than $100 be sure to ask which oil will be installed! I have seen shops installing conventional oil, either inadvertently or to meet coupon prices.

Beshoff price for Nissan Ester oil and filter change is $89.
This is a great deal for this grade of oil. We post all our prices on our website for full trasparancy.
