Hey guys!

So I have not been to careful with my wheels. I have some heavy road rash on the front right one and some minor wear and tear on the others. I recently heard that wheels can be repaired instead of replaced.

Does it really work? Has anyone had any experience with this? Good or bad.

Anyone know any good shops in Massachusetts or S. New Hampshire?

As long as the wheel isn't bent or cracked it can usually be refinished.

That does help, I could google it and look at reviews, but was hoping to get a recommendation from someone in this forum, someone that had dealt with the shop before

When I got my coupe last year all 4 rims were curb rashed pretty bad and I found a guy that came to your house and he did all 4 for $65 a wheel. I think for 2 or less it would have been $85-90 per.

Unfortunately he was here in Arizona so I cannot help with recommendations but at least I can give you a ballpark of what to expect price wise.

Paint them yourself. I'm actually going to do mine next week, while on the car.

Ya the thing is I want to keep the car looking stock, but I appreciate the suggestion

The paint I'm going to use is DupliColor Hyper Silver, in which is barely a shade brighter then factory. Google/Youtube it

I YouTube'd it and the results were excellent. You can't even tell it was there.

Any of you guys get around to repairing your wheels? Did you touch up or paint the entire wheel?

Too bad Rim & Wheel Works in Waltham, MA are now closed for business...they would have been the best bet.
