Hey Chris, I'll take care of all the charcoal if you can bring some other condiments as well. Ketchup and mustard should do it. If y'all want hot sauce, I'd recommend brining your own.

Wish I lived nearby there. I'll actually be in Baltimore for work the week after, but that's still a little far away.

Oh, I've got hot sauces.

For like 10 years now, I've been maintaining this guy's website: OLBRO, LLC Wholesalers (585) 381-9521

I'll bring a few bottles as my picnic contribution. It's on the list.

I think we need someone to step up with more hots and hamburgers. (White hots, Italian sausage, cheese, rolls, etc.)

Ohhhhhh EXCITED! Bring some good stuff if you can - I enjoy trying new sauces. I've collected some great hot sauces over the years.

I'll take care of dogs and hots. Can someone get a good supply of brats? And I guess if anyone wants burgers, bring some burgers as well. Otherwise, I'll put some together the night before and throw'em in the cooler.d

We're going to need rolls, buns, etc. Somebody else jump on that one.

And grilling tools. And probably lots of water. Someone could fill a cooler with a case or two of those little water bottles.

Ill get the water bottles. And we should get Ice once we are there from any supermarket.

We should get the Ny/Nj convoy figured out, and where we should meet. I am coming from Brooklyn, NYC. I am guessing we can meet somewhere in NJ, maybe at a gas station or mall that is along the route.

That's a great idea! If you can, bring some tin foil for the charcoal grills as well - that'll be needed.

Personally, I would say who ever is bringing a meat (dogs, hots, brats, burgers, etc.) to supply the buns for what you bring. That way there is no coordinating how many buns to get.
How does that sound?

I'll take care of the grilling tools also

Can one or both of the soda guys get some water? Or if anyone else wants to pick up some water, that'd be great!

Thanks Ahmed for getting the water. Getting ice local sounds like a good idea also.

P.S. I haven't forgot about you and the wheel pics I owe you. I've been up to my head with work the past 2 weeks.

Updated for doublea88 and water. Good job! Get plenty of water.

Ice can get expensive, so if you need to ask for $$$ at the meet for the ice you picked up on the way in, don't be shy.

Here's the updated info.

No Problem, i understand. Whenever you get a chance. Lol or you can bring the Wheels and forget everything else haha. Figured we can keep the drinks much cooler for a longer time by getting them there.
