General installs, stuff I can't do myself with my limited space and tools, like suspension or exhaust. Oh, and a place to get a lip kit installed.

 

I don't really know any cheap places up there. Ask the Maryland thread, they are more knowledgeable about that area.

 

Well in NoVA you got D&V autobody could probably install, and if you need paint. but they are expensive because they're so good. Elite Importz can do it and their prices are good, but they are in Laurel and further from you.

I heard lots of good stuff from other G members about Elite Importz.
And D&V works are amazing, but you pay for what you get. $$
So any plans on meeting for Nova MD DC G's?

Not that I know of at the moment but there are a few of us in the area and I'm sure we could make something happen...won't be too epic though.

 

Maybe we can get a nice group of people together for cars and coffee one day...

Otherwise, we are (hopefully) going to have an install meet sometime soon and i'll probably host a bbq or something in a month or so.

 

I don't mind little meets so just getting a small group for drinks or what not is cool with me. Maybe we could even cruise to or meet up in VA Beach on a nice day or somethn? Pretty much I'm game for anything while I'm down in SOVA so just keep me posted.

Hey everybody,

Sorry I haven't been around for a while. Broke my ankle very badly and have to have surgery, haven't been mobile and also can't drive the 6MT (left/clutch foot). Bad news is it will be a VERY long time before I can drive a clutch again, so I am likely going to sell the 6MT and get an auto G37 (if I get another coupe at all). I have some stuff I will be posting on the FS board and wanted to offer it to the locals first:

1) I have a brand new set of Fortune Auto Coilovers (still sealed in the box) with the upgraded ($$$) SWIFT auto from Japan springs [G37 Coupe, may also fit 35 and 350/370z]. They are setup for a nice street ride but can be damped aggressively for the track. These are comparable to a $2500 set of coilovers. Internet price on these is $1500 but I got them for $1375 because I did a big group buy for the MR2 guys. Would love to get my money back but want them gone so will take best offer. Do NOT compare these to BC/Megan/other chinese crap. These are extremely high quality and do not rattle and are true coilovers F/R. Email me if you're interested

2) I have a used but excellent condition, complete Magnaflow exhaust for the coupe. Sells for around $900 bucks new I think. $550 obo.

3) I have a set of 19" M45 Sport wheels w/ tires for the Sedan. Asking $950 for them:
