I realized the other day when I had dropped my car off there that I had left some very valuable thing in there ( $300 Oakley Sunglasses, Cash, as well as some expensive designer clothes that i left in the trunk) All things that could have dissappeared without anyone finding out. And sure enough it was ALL there. Stealing lil crap like that from someones car is very petty and im sure the techs there are smart enough not to risk there career/freedom over some stuff in a kids car.

Wow, that is really decent of you Kenny to clear this up. That G35 is a piece! People like that dont belong in an Infiniti.

Just to add, Sewell Infiniti is great. When I tell them not to wash my car, they dont. And my car is always taken well care of. I just wish I would have bought my car from there instead of Atlantic Infiniti in Jax.

hmmmm...konrad needs to be banned from this site. the ny folks may think he's a stand up guy, but stand up guys don't lie about a situation to further their agenda. this guy's as bad as a scammer and shouldn't be allowed to post on here any further. he has put this dealership in a situation that may have caused it to lose business. i vote ban.

Honestly, not worried about reputation b/c Infiniti of Massapequa has a great reputation in the area against the other dealers, plus we still have the same owner since 1989, which we are a Launch Infiniti dealer and product specialist dealership. Well known, so bad apples are just a rare occasion. I always learned, the bad will always outshine the good but make the best out of the bad parts which will just get you farther

Thanks for the kind words. The ones who bought cars from me know I'd go the extra step to look out for myself and for the dealership which I've been at for years. You always want a nice place to go to with no hassle but I can't do everything myself.

Props for sure to you Kenny. We have enough information and the thread should be deleted or at least locked at this point.

leave it open... nothing to hide from deleting the thread and he posted it on other forums as well. I understand his point to share his experience but he never bothered or attempted to make one phone call to the dealership regarding this matter or even grateful that warranty work was done to his car and he didn't pay a dime. Makes me think about the Grinch
