hmmmm...konrad needs to be banned from this site. the ny folks may think he's a stand up guy, but stand up guys don't lie about a situation to further their agenda. this guy's as bad as a scammer and shouldn't be allowed to post on here any further. he has put this dealership in a situation that may have caused it to lose business. i vote ban.
He may be deserving of it, but I don't think it's necessary. I seriously doubt he has the cajones to come here and post anymore after he's been so publicly exposed as a fraud in this way. If he does, I'm sure that the members here will give him hell and call him out.
Kenny is definitely a stand up guy. We purchased my car from him and have brought my car in to the service department a couple of times. I have never had any problems from them. I was kind of surprised also to read the op accusations also. But you have to give Kenny props to getting the story correct. Good work Kenny.......

Um, I think they need to pay you back 100% for the lost items and damages to the car. I would have never took the car out of that dealership before they paid for all damages.

leave it open... nothing to hide from deleting the thread and he posted it on other forums as well. I understand his point to share his experience but he never bothered or attempted to make one phone call to the dealership regarding this matter or even grateful that warranty work was done to his car and he didn't pay a dime. Makes me think about the Grinch
I second leaving the thread open. If you delete it, then future G owners won't know what a Douche Bag the OP was.
What I would do is make it a sticky but delete everyones post, just keep his claims followed by da_mayor's responses to show that he's full of crap and doesnt give a bad name to the dealership!
