Dealership denying my warranty claim
props to kenny for clearing this up. he posted the same thing on mygfrenzy and i was curious to hear your side of the story. i know you've always taken care of the community so i was a bit shocked at his accusations. sounds like he handled everything pretty shady and is paying for it now. waiting to hear from the OP now...
I have no dog in this fight as I dont' know either party involved or live in that area, but...
Since the OP blatantly lied on the original post regarding never having opened up his rear differential and posted damning evidence on another forum saying that he not only broke it launching, but had indeed opened it up, I'm going to be of the opinion that he's not a very bright person and will also consider every other allegation he makes to be complete BS. I guess he never thought that someone from the dealership in question or from Infiniti might be on these forums and see what he's posted. They are. Again, not a such a smart dude.
I'd admonish admin to change the thread title as it's unfairly damaging to the dealership involved and has been shown to be a falsehood.

So.......was his car damaged and stuff stolen or not? Warranty with NOS, who'd ever expect a dealership to cover stuff under warranty? Fat chance. But I'm still not clear if the car was actually damaged or not?
I wish I took pics of the car before and after so you can be the judge for yourself
from my knowledge his car had rust on both fenders by the headlights, cf hood, car was dirty (diamond graphite color), black front bumper, home depot painted 350z wheels. konrad does a lot of DIY which I give him credit for like his plenum, NOS, cross drilled/slotted rotors, suspension, etc... he had stock suspension on the car but basically he hasn't kept his car in the greatest condition.
as far as damage? unless you count bird poop, thats teh only thing that really got close to his car.
I'd be more than welcome to call him to make a police report and make a claim. I did give him a favor and we did provide a loaner car even though the vehicle was not registered under his name and since I knew him from the forums, never bothered to run a DMV check on his license to see if it's valid or not.

those are the good pictures....
to the ones who always services here, you know how family oriented this dealership is and we have the longest experience of almost any Infiniti dealership around. I'm out to defend this case and clear these accusations.
