G37S Wrap Maintaining?
G37S Wrap Maintaining?
Okay so my cars finally wrapped to a gloss red wrap! I was looking online and it told me that maintainence is everything for vinyl wraps however it's a lot easier if you have a garage. I don't have a garage for another 2 months, so it'll be outside all the time. It's starting to get sunny here but it's still raining a bit. How do I take care of this? Online said regular washes help, but what products can I use? I'm a beginner so I would like all the details.

This is what Zach from Detailed Image recommended. Seems like regular hand washes, sealants, and keeping it out of the sun are the best preventive measures.
Hey,
You can certainly use a sealant on your vinyl wrap. HydrO2 is a great way to quickly and easily protect the surface. You can also use a quick detailer that adds protection like Meguiar's D156.
Hope that helps!

I think it's the fact that the adhesive and color deteriorates faster than paint, since it doesn't exactly have a clearcoat protecting it. If anything it'd be the darker shades that take more beating since black cars absorb more light.
