Unhappy Car Will Not Start

I have an 08 G37s and i've had it for about 1 year now. About 1 week ago, I was driving my car just fine with no problems until I get home and try to manually lock my doors and nothing! I tried to turn the car on and the car doesn't start and no other other lights come on other than telling me to step on break. Ok, so since my key battery warning has been on I go and buy a new battery for my key fob. I go outside and try to lock the doors again and nothing! Ok, so now I'm thinking a dead battery. Buy a new battery and right before the batt. is disconnected the car fan starts running (car was left on when trying to start earlier) and the car starts up. Still changed the batt. car is running good with no problem. 2 days later, my car is back to square 1, doors not locking and telling me to step on break when trying to start. Headlights work fine and do not dim when attempting to start, interior lights work fine with no dimming. Can someone please help me!!

Loose battery connection, or where? I know I occasionally have an issue where my negative terminal would disconnect when trying to start, just had to jiggle it a bit to get the connection back and it would start up fine, I finally got around to tightening the bolt on it and haven't had an issue since.

No, it wasn't the battery but it was around the area. My dad and a friend started messing with wires in that area. My dad stuck his hand down in near battery and heard a click and my car has been going since.

I'm glad that it wasn't anything major man! I've been reading to many of these threads recently and there's no worse feeling then getting into your car and having it not start!
