New G owner

Hi guys,

Recently became a new owner of a 08 G37s. Sold off my 2005 Lexus IS300 I had for a while. Wanted something with more power
Used to lurk around myis.com

Been going through this site for research and it's been great so far!
I have Eibach Springs and H&R 20&15mm spacers already coming in the mail
(Will be upsizing the wheels to 245/275 when these stock ones wear out)
Love the car so far!

Cheers,
Chris

Welcome to the site Chris, congrats on your new coupe
Looks like you found a nice one.

Always liked the IS300s, still look nice over time (better looking IMO than the IS 250/350s).

Enjoy the ride!

Always loved that color. Did you get a Journey, X, or an S model? Like others, welcome, and if you ever get tired of those rims, I am happy to take them off your hands.

Thanks guys!
It's a sport model (AT unfourtnately, but still fun )
A little ways down the road I might look into trading or replacing the stock wheels, but I'm gonna stick with just spacers for now.
No curb rashes on these babies.

Yeah, stepping up from the IS, the extra power is def nice!
I tried really hard to get a manual but here in Austin the market is pretty small compared to Houston or Dallas. I did drive out to Houston once to buy a black 09 manual. Drove 3 hours and when I finally got to look at it in person the paint was totally screwed on that thing. It must've had around 15 door dings on the right side door an every panel had some kind of paint damage, it looked like the previous owner had cleaned it with a wire brush or something! And then they didn't budge from the price at all! Needless to say I walked out on those idiots. Then I found this one in Austin an it was really clean. An auto, but clean
