Hi I bought a certified preowned 2013 G37X a month ago and the car was fine initially and then started to rattle , I believe it us the rear parcel shelf and the fuel in tank sloshes even when it us full. The noise is pretty loud and I can hear it whenever i come to a stop or going over a speed bump😟. Went to the dealership and the tech said it was the fuel pump , does anybody have similar issues, other than these the car is nice and I enjoy the ride.

Welcome to the site, can't help w/ the sloshing, haven't noticed that w/ my 09 RWD, as far as rattles, mine has a few, as do most around here. Hopefully the dealer can get that other issue addressed.
G/L and hope you get to a happy place w/ your new G.

I have never noticed any sloshing sounds. Are you sure it's the fuel tank?

I'd let the dealer attend to it, but if I remember correctly, there are 2 small plastic release things along the leading edge of the front of the rear seat bottom. When you sit in the rear seat, they'll be right behind your calf. Pull these clips and the rear seat bottom will pop right out. Underneath is some juke type insulation, looks like carpet padding, should be glued to the floor. Under that are removable inspection panels to the fuel tank below. Considering the amount of stuff between the fuel tank and the cabin, I'm surprised you can hear any fuel tank sloshing.

I don't believe rear parcel shelf is removable, so shouldn't be much of a noise maker. Pull the trunk liner and have a look in the spare tire well - maybe there is a half-drank water bottle or something in there making these noises.

Fuel sounds

Perhaps it is a G37x issue? I just got mine new and I hear the same thing when I pull in the garage and park.

I checked in the trunk and there is nothing like a half drank water bottle, the rear shelf rattles when the volume is up and even when the radio is turned off it rattles like something is hitting the rear windshield while going over a bumpy road.
