A few noob moves and a trip to ASAA racing

So as some of you may know I recently painted my headlights . I dicovered the other night there is a light in the orange reflector that I never noticed before ,and it shines through the paint!lol felt like an epic fail . Does anybody have any suggestions on how to get it off? Maybe cut a wire ?

In other news , my eibach springs finally came In and decided to diy. I went out rented spring compressor and bought jack stands , torque wrench , pb plaster and whatever required sockets . The Back was super easy . 1 bolt . ....And then the front....the bolts wouldn't budge . Tried everything . By this time it was late and decided to call it quits for the night .next morning back at it with no luck .

I decided to go ahead and let somebody else do it . I was frustrated and just wanted it done by the weekend. Got quotes from at least 10 shops , staying away from big names like pepboys and others . I came across ASAA racing on houston import , did a little searching and come to find this shop isn't very liked in the houston G community .i know this is a relatively easy install so I went by there early Thursday morning to check out the shop and spoke to someone named Han. Told him my situation and he quoted me nearly half what everybody else was asking . It took them about 45 min to finish , everybody was friendly ,overall good experience and will be taking my car there anytime I need something done.

As for the springs, I love the new look . Finally no more lift kit ! I would say it rides nearly the same .At least compared to the sports model . Ima happy camper

Lol, there's a bulb you can just remove to get that bulb out. There's a long extension behind the socket that lets you twist it to remove the bulb.

Glad to hear it all worked out and you found a reasonable shop for future work. Be sure to wait about 5-7 days before an alignment.
