Warranty

Hello All,

I currently own a 2010 G37 with 30k miles on it. The warranty will be running out in about a year and was wondering what common things people are using the warranty for? I have noticed my drives seat cushion has a bubble in it and I assume that would be covered under warranty. What other things should I take care of? The engine break on the transmission is violent, can that be fixed? ECU flash?

Thanks!

The 2 main ones are:

basic warranty(4 yrs, 60k miles whichever comes first)
powertrain warranty(6 yrs, 70k miles, whichever comes first)

Make sure to keep it maintained and to properly document it. According to the warranty doc: https://owners.infinitiusa.com/iowne...nualsAndGuides

if you dont document it stuff likely wont get covered.

my warranty is up. i grew a good relationship with the dealership and the guys there told me i should take my chances without warranty since i have mods on my car. they would find almost anything to try to get out of fixing your car and if something goes wrong and it leads to your mods odds are they're not going to fix it. if you're going to mod your car i wouldn't really advise getting a extended warranty
