Purchased a K52

Hello guys/gals I purchased my 08 Blue Slate G37S this past March and love it! I went from a Crossfire SRT to a Lancer GTS and regretted it because I'm a speed freak lol. Had my eyes set on a 06 White G35 coupe until I saw a G37 one night on the hwy from behind. I remember thinking to myself.. is that a GT-R! Came down between a 370Z and the G..Within afew seconds of accelerating in the G I told my sales guy I'm not leaving without this car. I would post some pics but I don't know how just yet..sorry but I have 2 in my album. I will post some in the blue slate thread as soon as I figure it out.

Thanks..Im hesitant to start with mods cause I know what happens after the 1st one buuuut I plan on going with a silver or brushed wheel to go the blue slate. Im sure Vossens CV5 I believe. Ark exhaust,Tein S/Ark springs. I dont really need coilovers.

You can do better than Vossens, Ark and Tein. Look around, do some research and gander at all myG37.com has to offer. Everyone and their grandma has Vossens haha. You say you don't need coilovers but after you get springs....you'll need coilovers. Welcome.

Welcome to the insanity bud. Glad to see another BS. Cv5's are a great choice, definetly save up for coils though. The difference is night and day between after market springs and coils. Happy modding

Im sure I will change my mind once the modding starts...I'm still not sure what setup I want. Staggered I've done on Stangs,SRT6,etc. I like the stance look but not the neg camber thing. I wouldn't mind a slight neg in the rear and slight tire stretch. I do know my wheels will be brushed aluminum or matte silver. I like this combo on the slate. That meischafter exhaust looks sick...man the budget will hurt once I start. When you adjust the coilovers do you have to keep getting aligned?
