Exclamation 2011 G37x Sdn Questions

Hey all....I will be picking up my new Infiniti Saturday and I have some questions. I did some browsing on the forums but found different answers so I'll try again....

If you want to replace the fog light bulbs on this model what size would I use? I heard H8, 9006, and H11 but which one is the correct one? When I do add new bulbs do I need a load resistor as well?

Also, what oil are you guys putting in her? I know I dont have to change the oil until 2k-3k miles or so....are you using regular oil or synthetic? Any brand names that are really good or are they all the same basically?

Also would like to put a clear bra on her the first day I get it...any good brand names I should look for?

Any help would be greatly appreciated....thank you.

The fog light bulbs are H8 - I replaced mine with Nokya yellow ones. Much nicer especially on a white car. No load resistor needed unless you are going down the road of changing your turn signal bulbs to LEDs.

Clear bra, mine is a 3m brand, not ventureshield (too thin and prone to damage), but the other one they offer. Been on the car since day one. Love it.

Not really sure about interchange, the parts I put in were just labeled H8.

It's not the best and I apologize for that, but I just got a chance to snap a pic.

Some aftermarket bulbs are H8 & H11 compatible, the only difference is one little pin is slightly bigger on the H8 so it wouldn't fit into the H11 socket, but an H11 bulb will fit a H8 socket.

If you're in Brooklyn, hit us up... we have H8 pure white LED bulbs available for a real low introductory price.

I think he was interested in seeing the yellows and unfortunately the led h8's (as well as any other led fog light bulb), just really aren't bright enough to see anything, other than just for looks. Yellow is more of the foul-weather color anyway..
